sorry i know i'm butchering the spelling.

somebody (jen kalb?) mentioned that the banh mi reheat very well. do you just crisp them in the oven or what?

per the suggestion, i am contemplating dim sum at kings seafood palace (is it still named this?) followed by picking up some banh mi to go, then reheating them later at home. what do you think of this course of action?
