This place in Cobbs Corner on the border of the Stoughton/Canton/Sharon finally opened. It is owned by the same lady who used to owned but recently sold New Jang Su in Burlington. The place was quite busy tonight even though they simply have a sign outside and didn't plan any ads push until Oct.
The restaurant was completely renovated with about 18 large bbq tables, each with a built-in tabletop gas grill and ceiling industrial vent hood. I have been spoiled numerous times by korean tofu and korean bbq in San Fran, New York, Lawrenceville (Atlanta) so nothing here in Boston can compare in term of price nor quality nor quantity nor side dish variety. However, this place does a very admirable job in serving excellent food and atmosphere for my korean food cravings. My party tried the short rib bbq, spicy pork bbq, scallion pancake, stone bibimbap and all were happy. I will be back on Friday to try the sushi lunch buffet for $9.99.
