King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking Cookbook [moved from Food Media and News]

Sorry if this is in the wrong place! Does anyone happen to have the King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking cookbook, and if so, how do you like it?

http://www.amazon.com/Arthur-Flour-Wh...

I'm trying to decide between it and the Dorie Greenspan book on baking. It has all the nutritional information to make my life easy (fat/fiber/calories), along with actual weights for each portion (amazing idea! Why can't more cookbooks do that?), and I'm hugely tempted by it, but I'm not enough of a baker to tell from just looking at the recipes if they'll be any good. I've heard good things around here about the Dorie Greenspan book, but... fat/fiber/calories + portion sizes is really, really tempting...

Thank you!
