Key Lime Pie Results

Over the holidays, I tried key lime pies (specially ordered) from Susina and Border Grill. Susina's pie was far superior to Border Grill's, with an excellent, buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy yet tangy key lime filling. This was a classic, Florida-style pie, as good as any I've had (and I'm from Florida). Although I've tried and enjoyed many of Border Grill's baked items (especially their Mexican chocolate cake), the key lime pie was poor -- a dull, pastry crust with an overly fluffy, oddly tart, filling.
