We see so many posts about restaurants giving poor service, or not having a very cutomer friendly approach that I just wanted to give kudos to Jr's for an incident that happened to me the other night.
My wife and I had just been seated and the waitress had taken our drink orders. I proceded to take a couple of big gulps of water, and then noticed a dead fly in my glass.
That effectively killed my appetite. When the waitress found out she called over the manager who, unbidden gave me a card good for $25 worth of food and drink the next time we came in.
That to me is what customer service is all about.
