On Saturday night, I ordered the soft shell crab, which was deep fried and came with a romesco sauce, at Josie. It was fantastic, perhaps the best soft shell crab I've ever had. The crabs were crispy, the deep frying did not compromise the delicate crab flavor, the romesco was just right. It was truly a great dish. I just wanted to share that little fact because soft shell crabs have a short season, so you might want to high tail your way into Josie before they disappear.
