Jazz Fest food and other spefic questions

First, is the food there roughly the same the 1st and 2nd weekend of the fest. Are the dishes tapas size, meaning one person can probably try 3-4 dishes for breaklast/early lunch and then another 3-4 for afternoon snack/early dinner plus a couple desserts, and lots of beer. And do the food stands usually serve beer or is beer and other alchohol served at other separate stands or sections? Is it cash only and are there ATMs?

Also, how far is the Fest from the French Quarter, is it walkable distance?

would reservations be necessary for K-Paul's, Cochon, Brigsten's, Dick and Jenny's (actually is dick and Jenny's still good after the change in ownership)?

Is Crabby Jack's open? And what's good to get there?

Has Uggie's re-opened? and will Willie Mae Scotch House be open by Jazz Fest time?

Also, is the St Charles streecar open again from roughlty CBD to Garden District all the way up to Uptwon?

And is Cafe du Monde open 24/7 or still limited hours. Thanks.

Oh, and lastly for now, what's the name of the bar/music lounge near Brigtsten's?
Is it Maple Leaf?

Lastly, where to go for the ultra frosty mugs of Abita Amber? Liuzza's???
