Chef Jason has been with Peller's restaurant since they opened. I loved his creative menus and use of local ingredients.
I guess he's done as much with the place as he has set out to do. Good luck to him wherever he goes.
I'm sure the food there will still be good since it's the sous chefs and the line cooks that do most of the work anyways, but I wonder who will come up with the new menus after november?
