Can anyone recommend a Japanese cooking class or program in Manhattan? I've done a web search and found very limited options (a couple of classes at ICE and one-off novice options). I like the sound of the noodle class at the ICE but their other classes (i.e. sushi making) seem very basic. Seems like there are a couple of catering chefs who will make home visits to teach Japanese cooking but I don't think I'm interested in that. I'm really looking for an advanced or semi-advanced program that I can take on the weekends.
