Jamon Iberico at Pazo. How is this possible?

We went to Pazo last night and one of the first items on the small plates menu was Jamon Iberico. As excited as I was to see it, I don't understand how it's possible. Like raw milk cheeses from France, you can't import Iberico ham into the United States...not until 2006 at the earliest.

So, what do you think? Black market or not true Iberico ham? Or, is there a way to legally get and sell this stuff in the US??

Oh, and BTW...it was goooood.
