Jake and Earl's pulled pork

I was at Harpoonfest this Saturday and amongst the various Alt Ales, IPAs, and Summer Ales, I had occassion to get a pulled pork sammy from the Jake and Earl's stand. For $5, they piled a seeded bun pretty high with most excellent pork which had a good soaking of vinegary Carolina-style sauce. The meat of the sandwich included some of the fat, which I think is better than 100% pulled meat. For the masses, they provided a red sauce too, but the sandwich didn't need to be sullied with it in my opinion.

I actually thought that sandwich was better than the pulled at any of the usually mentioned bbq places around.

Caveat: this was only after two beers so my taste buds weren't shot yet.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the actual restaurant in Waltham?
