A post by ammoniasmith got me curious. In it, he recommended a place in Westminster called Hanoi Restaurant that serves sea snail noodle soup.
My question is, is this the same dish I've seen on Anthony Bourdain's "A Cook's Tour".
He was in Vietnam slurping up this bowl of noodles and broth with snails at a roadside stand.
If so, is Hanoi Restaurant the only place that serves it in Little Saigon? Either way, I'll be checking it out, but any other favorites out there?
