ISO Korean chile powder

I bought this for a while at a greengrocer on Broadway that is no more. It is quite mild but flavourful, maybe a bit smoky, a light brick red and crystallized looking rather than being a powder. Could be coarse gochugaru from brief online research, though that seems to be characterized as being quite hot whilst what I have isn't (though I suppose that is rather a subjective call). Anyone know where else I might find it in town? I still have some so I could bring it with me to show to the storekeeps...
