ISO: Non-Glutinous Black "Forbidden" Rice

Last summer, I was able to buy sprouted black non-glutinous rice at T&T. The brand was Green Mills. I haven't been able to find any non-glutinous black rice (sprouted or regular) ever since. T&T (and other Asian grocers which I've visited) carry only the glutinous, sticky kind. The labels on the shelves has indicated "Temporarily out of stock" for more than 6 months now. I wrote an email to T&T asking if they plan to restock the Green Mills products but have received no reply.

Hounds, you haven't failed me yet with my food quests. Please tell me if you know where I can get the non-glutinous variety of Chinese Black Rice. Although the Green Mills sprouted kind would be ideal, I'll be happy with non-sprouted.

Thanks in advance!
