I would like to make a home made french silk pie for my Mom's upcoming birthday.
Her all-time favorite pie was the french silk from Baker's Square (not sure if the restaurant was regional - we live in Southern California).
Can you please provide your favorite french silk pie recipe?
Bonus points if it "resembles" the Baker's Square pie.
(So far, I am leaning towards the recipe I have in the "Best of America's Test Kitchen" collection).
