I have been searching for a recipe for what I know as Baltimore Cheesecake. It is different from NY style cheesecake. I'm used to getting it in square pieces, I believe its usually baked in regular 13 x 9 pan or sheetpan. The cheesecake layer has a hint of cinnamon and the crust is usually more cake or pastry like.
We used to often get it at a grocery store bakery (Super G) when we lived in Wilmington DE. My many searches online have not yielded a recipe that gives what I am looking for, so I thought who better to ask then the hounders. Any ideas out there? Thanks!
