Does anyone know the interior dimensions for the various Lodge CS skillets? I'm thinking there is at least a 2 inch difference between the stated diameter and the actual cook surface (i.e. 12" diameter = ~10" cooking surface).
My beef with the De Buyer pans is that the actual cooking surface is rather small. The 12" Mineral pan has a cooking surface of 9.25", a little too small for my liking.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
