I have read a recipe about chessecake that needs Sea Salt. I lived in the Philippines right now and sea salt is not very common here, i've seen one but its very expensive. We only have just regular iodized salt used for cooking so im asking for alternatives for these salt. I also normally see Kosher salt as part of the ingredients in cooking. Im only a beginner on this so pardon me for asking some simple question. Thanks!
