Inexpensive lunch in or near the entertainment district.

I am looking for inexpensive places for weekday lunch or takeout between Spadina and University, Queen to Front.

I know and am very pleased with Burrito Boyz for Burtitos, Zuppas for burgers and the Corned Beef House for Deli Sandwiches (MSM). Quesada's burritos are too dry for me and I don't like their rice. Motherhome Burmese at Front and Peter has some tasty stir-fry specials. Of all the places in food barn across from City TV, I now only eat from the Jamaican place (very faint praise though). I'd love to find better West Indian open during the day.

Now summer's here I will probably start walking over to NY subway for their "burritos".

Can anyone provide me with some more suggustions? Or even places to be wary of?

Thanks!
