im looking for a cheap korean place w/decent kalbi. don't even care if it's hole-in-the-wall.
also, it seems as though most of the pricier places
serve kalbi boneless, but my korean friend's mom
gets the sort that is cut the other way where you see the bone across the cut... is this considered the more "authentic way".
in any case, i LOVE kalbi & dying to find a place in Manhattan that won't cost me a fortune.
