Inexpensive buffet options for business meetings

I know this question has been asked before but maybe not for a while and I haven't found it.

I am involved in a group that hosts lunch meetings with a speaker. About 40 to 50 people come to each event.

We have a nice meeting space.

We have been having very nice lunches. The last two were catered by Brasa and by Ace which I guess is D'Amico.

I'm looking for less expeinsive options for a group that is used to good food.

(By the way, the Brasa meal was wonderful and I would highly recommend it for catering. And we could have done it more moderately by not ordering the most expensive options and more than we needed. So I do think that will be great for down the line. But I need options for something else for now.)

Any good thoughts for us?
