I have a lot of ground turkey in my freezer (bought a multi-pack at Costco thinking it'd be easier to use than it has been) and I'm looking for some ideas as to what to do with it. I didn't find very much on my usual recipe search sites beyond the normal turkey burgers, meatballs, etc., so I thought I'd ask you guys. I'm not interested in: burgers, meatballs, shepherd's pie, meatloaf, seven-layer dip, turkey bolognese [already did the last three in the last few weeks]. It doesn't need to be as simplistic as the seven layer dip but I'd prefer for it to not be too much more complicated than a meatloaf or shepherd's pie. Am open to all manner of things: stews, casseroles, stir fries, but not making my own sausages.
Thanks! I also have a bunch of white wine on hand if that happens to be part of any recipe!
