Perhaps, but does anyone out there use iceberg lettuce in applications other than in its raw form in one type of salad or another?
Over the weekend, since I had extra ice cream base leftover, I was tempted to juice it and make "iceberg lettuce ice cream" ... but even I have my limits to Frankenfoods.
What do people do with this vegetable other than salads? Do people stir-fry iceberg lettuce? Braise it? Dip it in batter and deep-fry?
