Can anyone help me with the name of a restaurant? I believe that it's in Baltimore, or possibly just east of Baltimore.
I read something about it maybe a year or a year and a half ago in a little magazine that I found at a sushi restaurant in Fells Point.
Apparently the chef of this restaurant gathers all of the ingredients. Eggs from birds nests. Fish if he can catch them. Mushrooms that he forages. Birds that he catches. Wild herbs. And so on... I think that his "signature" dish was pigeon.
I'd love to find out the name of the restaurant, if anyone else knows it. And if you have been there, and have any comments, I'd love to hear them too!
