I had a breakfast burrito Friday at the Seal Beach branch of this mini-chain. It was basically a 3-egg scramble with sausage, ham, and bacon, and hashbrowns and cheese in a tortilla. I skipped lunch and was barely hungry for dinner. It was the biggest breakfast burrito I have seen-- Chipotle-sized.
The ingredients were fresh and tasty, escept the hashbrowns, which I think were Sysco-type frozen.
The restaurant itself is in the strip mall next to the Ayres Hotel, off the 405. The kitchen is open (ie visible to the patrons), and they have tables, but I think you order, pay, and get your food at the counter and then sit down. They served a breakfast menu and a burger/sandwich lunch menu.
I got my burrito to go; it came with two containers of a pretty good salsa. Total bill was ~$5.25; a little high for a breakfast item, but considering how much food I got, I'd still call it a bargain.
I'd go back. Thanks to the OC poster who recommended it.
