Went to Bouley for lunch yesterday and I was deeply dissapointed. The food looked like and tasted like dressed up country club cuisine. By that I mean the chicken, salmon, soup and everything else felt "fancy" but tasted bland. There was no surprise, no fabulous flavor combinations...nothing. I have been to three star michelin restaurants in France and they are light years ahead of Bouley.

I welcome your thoughts....Did I miss something?
