Hill Country - I know you didn't bring those prices with you

Since Dino was closed last night I decided to try out Hill Country BBQ for the first time. The meats were absolutley delicious and most of the sides were great.

For meats we had:

4 Ribs (2 lbs.)
1/4 lbs of lean brisket
Drunk Chicken

Sides:

Small Mac & Cheese
Small Baked Beans with Rib Tips
Small Green Bean Casserole
Small Cole Slaw
Small Potato Salad

Drinks:

1 Lone Star
1 PBR
2 Diet Root Beers
1 Diet Coke

Total Price - $98!!!!!!!!!!

The ribs were probably the best I've ever had. A small truck outside of Sunday River rivals the ribs but the price would prohibit me from going back. For the same amount of food Dinosaur would probably be $50 if not less and RUB would have been less than that as well. Also, I don't see their ordering system working in NYC. It is very similar to Katz - but the individual stations make it confusing so it's not easy to go from one station to another. Thankfully it was pretty empty last night but on a crowded night I have no idea how one would navigate from one station to the next. Great meat but very overpriced.
