Need your help..Birthday Month in OC...on a mission to new restaurants!

This is my birthday month and everyone knows I love to cook and I love to go out to and experience all this wonderful food in OC.

We started Monday at Sundried Tomato Cafe.YUMMMM!
The three of us ordered all something different and tasted each one. The Dried Cranberry and Roasted Garlic Sandwich was delicious. I am not one to order anything chicken but this sandwich was rich with flavor, especially with roasted, soft oozy garlic, grilled onions, and the dressing. Excellent. It came with the Chopped SAlad which I recommend. It had beets, pine nuts, onions, cranberries, and gorgonzola...a salad that ranked right up there with Sage's Salads. My friend had the Sundried Tomato Soup....Wow....it was so flavorful and had surprises of gorgonzola. My other friend had Dr. Rick's Salad and she enjoyed it except she felt the prosciutto was a bit chewy. Her Mark's Honey Cilantro sandwich was a hit for her.

Then we went to Mastro's last night. I already have a description on that one. OUTSTANDING!

SO..my question is....where should we go now for a party of 8 (includes my adult kids and friends) that is on the level of midrange (after Mastro's for four..yikes!). I was thinking of Taps Brewery...I like The Catch and know its the same owners. THen I was thinking of the places we always go to (Zov's, Citrus City Grille, Cheesecake, Yardhouse etc.). I am looking in this price range, any food will do, and of course, it has to be great.
