I LOVE Indian food, but most Indian restaurants seem to douse every dish in ghee or cream based sauces. Is there anywhere that serves the incredible flavors of India without all the fat?
We live in the foothills of the SF Valley, but also spend a lot of time on the Westside. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Right now, our local standby has been the Salomi on Lankershim for their chicken dhansak.
