I'm going to be in Manhattan on business and I'm looking for some healthy breakfast and dinner options. I've already picked out some sushi/raw bar places for dinner, but I'm looking for a little variety. I'm pretty open to any type of food, but I don't generally do vegan, unless it comes highly recommended. I'm staying on the UWS and I work in Chelsea, so breakfast (to-go or quick) in one of those neighborhoods would be ideal. For dinner, I'm on my own most nights, so a place with some healthy options that is also good for solo dining would be awesome. Yes, I know I can eat healthy almost anywhere if I choose accordingly, but the more healthy options on the menu, the better chance that I will actually choose to eat them ;) I have a pretty generous expense account (and if it's good food, I pay a little extra of my own), so I'm open to suggestions in a variety of price ranges.
