Friday is Fresh Pasta Night at Giuseppe's in Phoenix (28th St & Indian School) and we're on our way to dinner. I'm toying with the Gorgonzola sauced gnocchi and DH often orders the Carbonara. Crossing my fingers there is also melon & prosciutto because the melons are always sweet and perfectly ripe. We're taking a bottle of Turnbull 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon and looking forward to a delicious meal. Yum!
