that is very interesting menu.
salted caramel ice cream on the dessert list, sounds like the kind of ice creams seen at babbo in new york like the olive oil gelato (my personally the best ice cream i have ever had the pleasure of eating, hopefully he'll open that nancy silverton joint a little quicker.).

this doesn't sound like the usual french california menu in LA?
so what's good to get. i may have to order a few desserts just for myself along with a couple mains and apps. it all sounds really tempting.
this is all based on the writing of the menu. if it actually lives up to it all, this could be a great restaurant.
