Every year my family make a 3 century old recipe for Cipaille at Christmas Eve meal.
Since moving to LA i keep the tradition going but have always lacked Hare.
I have been to Harmony Farms, called the butcher at the Grove market.
I knew a chef who could order them, but i lost touch with him.
I can get all the other game meats i need, but this is what i need to make it perfect.
Rabbit meat is too tender and delicate to match the other tastes in there.
Can anyone help me? I have a husband willing to drive for hours to get it.
