I gave this a try earlier today, and this actually works!
I had tried numerous other techniques to make the eggs peel easier, but none of them worked for me - adding baking soda to the water, rolling the egg on the counter, etc...
This worked, with one caveat though - you need to let the eggs cool a bit before trying to peel them. I got impatient and tried to peel one right after I took it out of my pressure cooker, and although it did peel ok, there was some sticking. The other eggs I put in a bath of ice water for a few minutes, and they peeled easily.
Who knew? lol. I thought for sure I would open it up and see a bunch of exploded eggs.
