With the discussion on Dumpling House, I'm interested in hand-pulled noodle restaurants that are Korean or Chinese-Korean.
At Dumpling House, what is good besides ja ja mian and seafood dumpling? Is it worth the trip from the Culver City?
Where are good hand-pulled noodle restaurants? Preference is K-town.
Olympic Noodle has good soo jae bi and kal guk su, but their kim chee is awaful. It is tough for my wife to get through a full bowl of soo jae bi without better kim chee. Is there another soo jae bi place in K-town?
Ma Dang Kuksu does not have soo jae bi to our surprise when we went last week. This restaurant is still up for grabs. We had dishes that didn't test the kal guk su. Truthfully, I wasn't impressed, but we'll probably try the restaurant again.
