So Ive been to Habesha a couple of times and absolutely loved the food, ambience and sweet service (who cares if the food takes a long time, its made to order!). Id love to treat my mother to Ethiopian food as I think the spices and textures are right up her alley, however she tried Adfdis Red Sea in Cambridge and did NOT like it. Im trying to convince her that Addis pales in comparison to real Ethiopian food and Injera and am trying to decide between taking her to Habesha or Fasika (which is closer to where she lives). Food quality/authenticity is MOST important and timeliness of service and ambiance are rather unimportant to us. I have seen differing views on both places but Im hoping the Chow community can help me make a decision...Any opinions?
