I went to Five Guys yesterday, and, although I wasn't all that impressed by the fries, the cheese on the cheeseburger blew me away. It was, by far, the perfect American cheese. It melted flawlessly, wasn't at all salty like typical American and had a creaminess that I've never witnessed on a cheeseburger. Melted, it almost tasted like brie- with more creaminess and less complexity.
Does anyone here have a clue as to where they get their cheese from?
This is a total shot in the dark, but I'm hoping that someone here might have the inside scoop.
