Headed to Grotto for lunch today...shared a spinach/mozzarella/cherry tomato salad and a dinner portion of the taglietelle/ cream sauce with white truffle. Both very good dishes and friendly, professional service.
A restaurant scores points with me when if you tell the waitress that you are sharing, the dishes are divided in the kitchen..and plated separately. Grotto passes this test.
One of the best "bang for your buck" places in Boston; especially at lunch.
