They're remodeling a neighborhood grocery and I noticed the cheese in the cooler (not the shredded packages and kraft bricks, the better stuff - I was looking for a goat cheese and a parmesan wedge) was tepid. I pointed it out to an employee but I balked and left with no cheese, thinking wow, what a loss. This was yesterday. Who knows how long it was like that; if I went back and it looked like the same cheese but cold (how could they restock so fast?), would I be a fool to buy it?
