3 of us went for lunch today and it was absolutly fantastic!
Let me start by saying that we are no strangers to dimsum and go to chinatown an avg of 30 times a year for it to all the "normal" places.
On the weekends they have a 2 sided dimsum page that you check off the items you want on. (no carts) We got 12 items from this page which ended up being more food then normal people could eat (even we couldnt finish everything).
some of the items we got: ha gau, shu mai, beef chow foon, the best turnip cakes we have ever had, spicy wontons, a nice tapioca/taro dumpling (dessert like item), beef ribs in black bean, fried shrimp/chive dumplings, sticky rice in lotus leaf...
Everything was tasty, hot, and reasonably prices/sized. With tip it came to about $45. service was friendly and the owner stopped by our table a few times to check on everything and joke around.
The regular menu looked great too with many authentic dishes, various whole fish dishes, etc...
