Had a GREAT time in Savannah!!

I had a thread on Chowhound in April & you all gave us some awesome ideas on where to eat when we were in Savannah. Here are a few of the places we stopped in:
1-B & J's Steaks and Seafood, Darien-what can I say? Holy crap-the best fried shrimp we have EVER tasted! The breading was so perfect & thinly coated, the only way to describe it is to say it was like the cook airbrushed the coating on the shrimp-that's how little there was. We had to force ourselves to finish the platter!! They also had an $8 lunch buffet which the locals flocked in for. I could see fried chicken, ribs, baked chicken, collards, mac n cheese, etc. Everyone who paid for the buffet when back for 2nds & 3rds. Just to give an idea of how great the shrimp was-I called the day before we left Savannah to ask if they would fry some shrimp for us to eat in Jacksonville's airport while we waited for our 10:30am flight!! And they did!!!!!!!
2-Olde Pink House, Savannah-Very nice restaurant. Just wish we weren't stuck with the forgetful waitress! The food was delicious-I have the Braised pork shank with collards & mac n cheese-YUMMY!!!! Hubby had the Grilled pork tenderlon with collards & sweet potatoes. Price wasn't bad for the amount of food we got. We would go again
3-Vic's, Savannah-VERY pricey & the food was just so-so. Appetizer prices were almost the same as the entree prices.
4-The Oyster House, Savannah-went for happy hour. Oysters on the half shell were fresh & cold. We had 3 orders between the 2 of us! That & 2 glasses of wine for me & 3 draft beers for hubby totaled $35 with tax.
5-Clary's Cafe, Abercorn St., Savannah-this recommendation came from the front desk person where we stayed, the 17hundred90 House. What can we say? This place is the ONLY place to go for breakfast in Savannah! It's a little place-we actually sat at the counter & ate. I had a seafood omelette with grits & a buttermilk biscuit. Hubby had the corned beef hash plate with grits & biscuit. On the 2nd day-yes, we had to go back!-we both had the country fried steak plate with potatoes & biscuits. When we get back to Savannah, Clary's will be the only place we go for breakfast!! Friendly staff & delicious food!!!
Every place else we visited we had cocktails only, so I won't list those places. Thanks everyone, for pointing us in the right direction while we were in Savannah!!
