I'm a big fan of the thin crust pizza -- blame it on my heritage from NYC where it is rare to find anything but Neapolitan pizza.
Happened to stumble across Mangia in the South End, on Columbus Ave, opposite corner from Claremont Cafe.
It was wonderful! The slices I ordered were awesome! Thin and crispy crust with a zesty sauce (garlic with hints of basil and oregeno) and excellent mozzarella (cheesy but not too much and not very greasy). And very reasonably priced -- two solidly sized slices and a limonatta were ~$5.
The menu looked great, although I didnt order a whole pizza. Lots of different topping imaginable plus a selection of a dozen or so what they called specialty pizzas, basically combinations of different toppings. Has anyone tried any of these pizzas yet? Any favorites?
