Great Omelette

Hello all,

Just wanted to share that I had a fantastic omelette at 29 Newbury a couple weekends ago. Actually, my mother had the omelette, we were there on a Sunday afternoon, and they were still serving off their brunch menu.
It was incredible. Looked like a work of art. Spinach, Boursin cheese and portabella mushrooms tucked inside puffy, yellow eggs. Looked like it came hot out of a food designer's portfolio. And boy did it taste good. Just amazing, I would recommend this to any and all boston omelette lovers. Fresh spinach, deliciously meaty bits of portabello, and the cheese, oh it was so good. Not to mention the best lookin eggs I'd ever seen in an omelette, not a trace of pan burn, just pale yellow and fluffy like the clouds. DEEEEELicious. Definitely worth a shot if you're in the area shoppin and in the mood for some a great omelette. $11 bucks, came with potaters.
