I'm looking for a restaurant that serves great beef burgundy and/or braised short ribs. Boyfriend has a hankering for either dish.
$20-$30 per entree is our price range, anywhere in Manhattan is OK. We also prefer a restaurant that's not too scrunchy (i.e. as good as the food was at Blue Hill--we went last week-- the seating was way too tight for our liking).
