I've just found out I'm slightly anemic and want to get more iron in my diet. Since I often snack on granola, I was thinking of making some homemade using blackstrap molasses. I like the flavor of molasses pretty well, but I'm sure just subbing in blackstrap for honey in a regular recipe is going to be horribly overwhelming. Anyone have any recipes/ideas? I prefer the low- or no-oil granola recipes just as taste preference... Thanks!
