Okay, our family is finally moving out of LA to the great Northwest, an adventure only about 12 years in the planning. Aside from all the tasty food in SGV that we won't have easy access to, we are most excited.
My workplace wants to give me the standard last meal/office send-off. Now, given my druthers, I'd be out to SGV in a heartbeat to scarf down dimsum or sichuan or something similar but everyone in the office is pretty jammed up so that thinIk I'd lose half the party before we crossed La Cienega. I suspect my best bet is something involving take-out.
Our office is in Westwood. Delivery or short drive preferred. The last office bridal shower recepiant choose Sunnin and it was very well received. I was thinking of maybe La Serenta on Pico or Zankou Chicken. I also considered "Indias Oven" on Westwood south of Santa Monica but haven't actually checked out the new location.
