I know this is the Toronto board, but... I found myself in Newmarket on business. I stopped in at Pho Saigon, located approximately at Yonge Street and Mulock.
The Pho was beautiful. Fragrant, rich broth, accompanied by the traditional garnishes of basil, lime and bean sprouts. The lime was not hard, old and vaguely fresh. It was supple and luscious and gave forth much fresh juice. The other accouterments were eqaully fresh.
The meat in the Pho was not scary. Far from it. It was nicely cooked beef, with no unattractive gristle or fat.
Bottom line: I loved this Pho. If you are in that area, go on in and enjoy.
