After spending a summer trying to find/locate a "decent" bagle shop. I was born in North Jersey and there was nothing better than waking up on Sunday and going to the baglery. Hot, fresh out of the oven salt bagles, chewey, crusty and dense. I have looked and looked and looked and asked and asked and asked around DC. Everywhere I have tried is like eating Lenders or Supermarket Bagles!
