We went to Tony's Clam Shop on Wally Beach in Quincy the other night (it was empty, thanks to the heavy rains and cool temps). We had a mix of foods, including a tuna melt, onion rings, and some Middle Eastern items, including hummus and, I believe, kafta (it was a highly spiced beef dish--lots of parsley mixed in the grilled meat).
The hummus and the kafta (if that's what it was! Someone help me out there) were both really good. You wouldn't expect to get decent Middle Eastern food at a clam shack, but Tony's has a good amount of Middle Eastern and Greek items on their menu.
I can't get enough of Tony's Clam Shop. I've had their burgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, clams, fish sandwich, and many other items there, and it's all really good (and cheap!).
I bet the place will be pretty crowded this weekend with temps in the 90s both days...
