We've been to Aquagrill a number of times and just wanted to post of the meal we just had.
Started out with the crab cakes napoleon and cauliflower soup. The crab cakes were great - 3 little crab cakes stacked on one another with a little bit of avocado and thin slices of fried plantain interspersed. The cauliflower soup, with chunks of shrimp (and scallop?) was very tasty and really hit the spot on a cool night.
For entree, we had the triggerfish (special) and halibut. The triggerfish came with sauteed spinach, small chunks of bacon and baby brussel sprounts in an apple cider reduction. This was great...the sweetness of the cider and flavor of the bacon went very well with the fish (the sweetness was a little overpowering, but not too much and the flavor was still great).
The halibut was almost equally as good. It came with a seafood sausage (strange, but good) and spinach as well. I think that halibut is a stronger tasting fish than the triggerfish (at least b/t these 2 dishes) and was the real center piece of that dish.
We sat at the bar and had a great conversation with the bartenders.
We've been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. The oysters are great and so is the Chatham Cod (w/mushrooms and a light cream sauce).
They also have an Alaskan King Crab app that's on the specials menu that seems worth trying (perhaps next time).
All in all a very good meal at a very solid restaurant.
